If you have 6+ months in the job-offer position, score by that tenure. If less than 6 months / not in the position, score by your total Ontario work experience.
Canadian Experience
The work or study permit must confer legal status.
Education
Canadian credential or ECA required.
Post-secondary credential from an eligible Canadian institution, at least one year full-time.
Language
You must take an approved English or French language test, and you will receive points based on your lowest CLB level across the 4 language areas (reading, writing, listening and speaking). If you took both English and French tests, points are based on the higher CLB. Academic or One Skill Retake tests are not accepted.
For 2 official languages you need at least CLB 6 across all 4 skills for both tests.
Regionalization
For job offers, based on the work location entered by the employer. For self-employed physicians, based on your Ontario practice address per OHIP billing number registration.
